Terms of Use

Kingdom Eternal is an invite only music community. Participation is for people aged 13 or older. Discord confirms identity, but an approved invite grants access.

Community Rules are part of these Terms. They cover respectful participation, safe and lawful links, one account per person, and cooperation with moderation.

You keep ownership of what you post. You give Kingdom Eternal the limited permission needed to host, display, moderate, and operate that material inside the service.

Do not post or request leaks, downloads, file hosts, torrents, magnets, mirrors, malware, scams, or other unlawful or unsafe material. Access and content may be restricted or removed when rules are broken.

Members can appeal eligible moderation actions on the Appeals page. A separate Admin reviews an appeal when one is available. Copyright, privacy, and other third party requests use the Contact & Rights page.

Kingdom Eternal does not accept direct donations and does not offer paid ranking or paid access. No payment provider is currently selected or implemented.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia. Please raise a concern through the contact channels on the Contact and Rights page first. Any dispute that cannot be resolved that way is handled under Australian law.
