Privacy

What the service uses

Kingdom Eternal uses Discord identity and BetterAuth account data to sign members in. It stores member profile details, content, invite information, moderation and security records, and notifications. Historical payment records may be retained while their retention requirements are reviewed.

Invite and security controls use hashed IP and user agent values. Recovery email records are stored for approved members who add them. Public pages never expose member profiles, review bodies, or member specific activity.

Why

Data is used to run the invite only community, prevent abuse, moderate content, protect accounts, maintain service records, and provide any feature a member chooses to use.

Kingdom Eternal does not sell personal data or run third party advertising tracking. Direct donations are no longer planned.

How long data is kept

Kingdom Eternal keeps member data while an account is active. When an account is closed, or when a member makes a valid request, that member data is deleted or anonymized. Security and abuse records are kept only as long as they are needed to protect the community, then removed.

Service providers and your rights

The service relies on Cloudflare for hosting and security and Discord for sign in and role verification. No payment provider is currently selected or implemented. Data is handled in line with applicable Australian privacy law.

Privacy questions and data requests go to the privacy contact on the Contact and Rights page.
